Bernadette Malinoski, MS, MSW

With a solid background in management and organizational studies that includes 15 years as a human resource professional at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Bernadette Malinoski is known for being able to put theory into practice. She has a personal commitment to continuous learning, and finds satisfaction in applying her knowledge to the everyday work as well as the special challenges of organizations. Bernadette founded the Ann Arbor-based company Workplace Partners, L.L.C. in 1996. She has helped organizations to: manage transitions, design new governance structures, implement empowerment concepts, and develop their capacity to learn. When time permits, Bernadette writes articles and presents workshops on topics related to her consulting practice.
